🌱Hola compańeros bloggers✨
🌱Today’s product review is about a brand that has been in the spotlight 🔦 for a while now @biossance.
🌱The company founded in Berkeley, California utilizes biotechnology to create safe, effective skincare for the skin and the environment.
🌱The star ✨ingredient featured in all their products is plant derived (their’s is derived from sugarcane). Squalene oil which is a weightless oil that instantly moisturizes the skin and locks in moisture.
🌱The eye gel contains squalene oil, Eyeseryl & Argiline to reduce dark circles and puffiness and Swiss apple🍎stem extract to brighten the under eye area.
🌱The gel itself is very light in texture, it goes on smoothly and doesn’t irritate the eyes. However since I have very dry skin under the eyes I do have to follow it up with an undereye cream since I don’t find it moisturizing enough.
🌱In terms of lightening dark circles I haven’t really noticed a significant difference 😕there. Will I continue using it maybe 🤔unless I find something better and more affordable since this is $54 for 15ml of product 💸. Have you tried this? How was your experience?
Hola companeros blogueros❣️➡️Hello fellow bloggers 😘
Lol😀 Incase you were wondering what’s going on❓I’ve recently started learning Spanish so I’m trying to practice it every chance I get 😇. Anyways back to today’s blog post ✨ Today I’ll be reviewing another Etsy brand : Erzuliecosmetics🍃
So let’s start by talking a little about the brand first. Erzulie products are all handmade in small batches, are cruelty free🐰 and vegan and are non comedogenic. The brand includes skincare as well as mineral makeup made from all natural, organic ingredients. They are however not USDA certified. The products very reasonably priced and shipping was timely. You can purchase them from their Etsy store Or from their website Erzulie.
Ok let’s move on to the review. I purchased the following products from them:
🍃The hydrating quench booster I bought this thinking it was a tinted moisturizer which it is stated as. However it I found it to be more of a regular face moisturizer since it offered literally no coverage whatsoever 🙁. It is a very good moisturizer though it’s light, non greasy and is made with skin loving ingredients like: Shea oil, Glycerin, almond oil, lecithin and grape seed oil. Would I buy it again❓ as a moisturizer maybe as a tinted moisturizer no😕.
🍃The mineral corrector so I bought this for the sole purpose of covering up my dark under eye circles. While I like the consistency it’s moisturizing and blends easily the color is not as pigmented as I would have liked. It’s more of a peach color then a darker orange/pink which works better with my skin tone. However it is made of all natural ingredients🍃like Shea butter, jojoba oil, squalene . Would I repurchase it❓I’m thinking maybe…😳 🍃The gel eyeliner Ok so I love eyeliner I feel it defines and enhances your eyes so I have been looking for an organic, all natural liner for a long time. This one while it doesn’t flake or dry out it’s not the richest black. However I do like the ease of application and the fact that it’s made from natural ingredients. Will I be repurchasing ❓Maybe 🤔…
So guys that was my review of @Erzuliecosmetics🍃. I hope you found it helpful ✨Let me know in the comments if you have tried this brand and what are your favorite products from them 😘
Until next time 💋xoxo❣️
For those of you who prefer visuals here is a video review 🎬
🌸How’s everyone ? I do apologize for the long absence but we just welcomed a new baby into our family 👶🏻and I was so caught up in the 💞preciousness of this bundle of adorableness that blogging was the last thing on my mind 😉.
🌸However babies aside from being incredibly cute 💘are also a lot of work! A couple of sleepless nights with this naughty one and my skin started to show signs of fatigue😓.
🌸Since you are well aware of my foundness of natural and organic skincare I was delighted to stumble upon the 🌸Dr Kureshi 🌸line of skin and haircare essential oils.
🌸The brand launched in 2015 offers 20 essentail oils and herbal supplements. They use 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils produced in Pakistan. The oils are free from chemicals, synthetics, preservatives or artificial fragrances. All the oils are extracted using steam distillation and the cold press method.
🌸The Luxurious face oil is a very concentrated oil comprising of Argan, Almond, Jasmine and Evening Primrose oils. 🌸I use two drops mixed in with my moisturizer and it is the perfect amount. Anymore and you will be walking around with an oil slick. The oil has no discernible fragrance which is perfectly fine for me I hate fragranced face products anyway. In terms of effectiveness, it moisturizes and hydrates the skin and I haven’t had a single breakout despite using an oil on my face 😱.
🌸Next the Rose oil🌹, I love rose scented products ❣️and this oil doesn’t disappoint. 🌸It comes in a dropper bottle and I use it with my regular moisturizer it is too thick to be used by itself and needs either an unscented carrier oil or moisturizer. The smell is divine! Like being in a rose garden 🌹🌹😍 and with the moisturizer it is very hydrating and soothing to the skin. You can also use it in a diffuser as an aromatherapy oil.
🌸Finally the Miracle eye serum,if you know me you know dark circles have been always been my biggest beauty peeve.
🌸So I’m always excited when any new product appears on the market promising the moon🌙 and stars 😒. I’m such a sucker sometimes I swear. 😪 The serum comes in a roll on bottle so far it hasn’t really reduced my panda eyes my much but it is a good basic moisturizer.
🌸Overall the Dr Kureshi products have been a great addition to my skincare routine. In particular the Luxurious face oil and rose oil. If you will try one product from this line I highly recommend these two😘.
🌸You can order their products from their Facebook page at Dr Kureshi or through their website at drkureshi.
🌸That’s it from me this time loves 💞 see you in my next blog post 😘
🍃Welcome to another fabulous product review✨ I know I’ve not been very active on the blog lately, but I’ve been bogged down by assignments ➕ I am fasting , so I am literally sapped of all energy 💧during the day.
🍃Anyway since I finished my assignment a week ahead of the deadline for once 🎉. I made a beeline for the mall the very next day 😍🛍. I had run out of my cleanser, moisturizer and body wash so I was really looking forward to some much needed retail therapy.💸
🍃Since it was the middle of the week in Ramadan🌙 no less, the mall was deserted 😍❗️So for once I was able to go into the Lush store and look around in peace ☮. Usually the store is packed 😡 and the assistants are harried and you have to wait forever to get a turn at the basins 💧to try out something.
🍃Today, I was assisted by one of their lovely employees who let me try out the different products to my hearts 💕content and I came away clutching my haul happily.
🍃The product i’m going to review, is the 🍃Lush Herbalism Cleanser. Lately my skin has been going into oil production overdrive and using conventional acne cleansers including my beloved Alba Botanica were not helping matters 😡. Plus my regular moisturizer was leaving my skin looking like fly paper so I figured it was time for a change.
🍃Key ingredients : Kaolin clay, rice bran and ground almonds . 🍃You take a small pinch of the cleanser, wet💦 your fingers and rub in into your palm. When it comes in contact with water it becomes like a paste which you can then rub over your face. It doesn’t have any discernible fragrance just a very mild herby scent.🍃 It does not foam or produce any suds, instead it had a mild scrub like texture. Weird I know, I am so accustomed to suds that I was very skeptical about the product actually cleaning my face.
🍃However once I dried my face I was pleasantly surprised to find that my face was not only clean it was sans that dryness and tightness that I get post washing that immediately makes me reach for my moisturizer.
🍃My skin felt soft and clean, though I did follow it up with the Lush Vanishing Cream ( Review coming soon!). I really can’t be without moisturizer.😳 Fast forward 8 hours later my skin is moisturized and soft but not oily✨ No shiny, spot a mile away T zone❗️
🍃All in all so far I’m really liking this cleanser, I admit the oil control factor has to do with using in conjunction with the Vanishing cream. Even so I give it 4/5✨
🍃Have you guys tried the Herbalism cleanser? What are your favorite products from Lush?
Until next time xoxo💋❗️
💟Let’s hang 😉
Ok I know 🙄what you are thinking ..really Nida❓ Where’s the no pun intended disclaimer 😋❓
Haha! I couldn’t resist 😋. Hey if you can’t actually have the Lush life ✨hint.. Zara Larsson 😉. Might as well try the next best thing 😋ok that’s my last lame joke I promise 😁.
But seriously incase you are wondering if I had been living under a rock all this time I probably was. It wasn’t until last year that I really got into actively using natural 🍃,organic products.
Since I’ve been hearing so much about Lush by bloggers I figured I had to try them out. Which is easier said then done as the only Lush store here is in Dubai Mall 🙄.
So anyway I made it a point to hunt down the Lush store which is located in a corner btw which was why I never noticed it before 😖.
When I was in California I had been to the Lush store several times with my bff who is an avid fan but I never bought anything. What can I say I was living in the age of ignorance. 😶
Since I was out of body and hand cream I decided to try those out first. After much sniffing and sampling and wearing out two of the sales associates who eventually gave up and left me to it. I picked out the Dream Cream and the Handy Gurugu.
First off I love the packaging it’s very minimalist just a black, plastic pot with chalk like font. On the side of the pot is a caricature 💁🏽and name of the person who made and packaged your cream as well as the expiration date ( thank you!).
The Dream Cream 💕came in a 240 gram pot and despite my initial skepticism at it being able to moisturize well ( it has a very light consistency). It actually keeps my skin soft for a good 7-8 hours without it being greasy and a little goes a long way 😱. In general Lush products don’t have strong fragrances since they mostly use essential oils instead of artificial fragrances, so Body shop and Bath and Body Works fans who are used to being hit in the face 👊🏻with a strong whiff 🌪the moment they open the jars or tubes might be disappointed .
Personally I didn’t mind it at all, I’d rather the product does what it claims i.e long lasting moisture with all natural ingredients🍃. The most discernible scent was that of their patchouli cream which I will try once I run out of the Dream Cream. My rating 5/5 ✨ The Hand Gurugu is a buttery hand cream which moisturizes without overly greasing your hands. It’s not so much a cuticle cream which is what I was looking for but I like it as a hand cream not stellar though. It is also concentrated so you need a tiny amount. Comes in a 100 gram jar. My rating 4/5✨ All in all I am happy with my Lush experience and am definately looks forward to try their other products.
Are you a Lush fan? What products do you recommend I try from them next? Do let me know in the comments 💕

🔅I was recently contacted by Andalou Naturals to select four of their amazing products to review 🎉.
🔅Since I am an avid user of their products I was delighted to be able to try out their newer products. The first product I will be reviewing for you is from their 1000 Roses 🌹collection which I love 💖.
🔅It’s the 1000 Roses🌹Sheer Coverage CC cream with SPF 30.
🔅This is a moisturizing cream which offers mineral based sheer, barely there color, so if you are looking for medium coverage this is probably not the CC cream for you. It is available in different tints so you can choose the one that best complements your skin tone. For me the closest match was the Sheer Tan.
🔅In the summers I don’t wear heavy makeup or foundation, so this is perfect for me. I usually put this on after my concealer and I’m good to go. It has the added benefit of 🔅SPF 30 which is great because I hate putting on sunscreen afterwards as it leaves white streaks and most of them are heavy and greasy.
🔅Like all Andalou products it is vegan and cruelty free 🐰and is Non GMO certified.
🔅Let me know if you have tried any of Andalou products and what are some of your favorite summer BB or CC creams💕.
🔅Until next time xoxo!💋
